EMERGENCY COMMISSION-ERS NEEDED!! LOWER RATES!!:

Here is the story.. I saved some money for tax preparation this year and .. well.. underestimated how much it would cost as I did not remember that last year I had a coupon or such. Thus.. I ended up just a -bit- short for my upcoming bills..

SO - I'm offering 2-3 slots for Emergency Commissions.. I haven't done personal commissions in ages and am not sure if I'll be bringing them back in the future, so if you'd like art done by me - this is a good opportunity for you!

Also, these slots are for considerably less than my usual rates.. Only $40 for a 2-3 character, full-body shot, digitally-painted piece with a simple to moderately-detailed background! : O

The reason for the reduced rate is because: A. I need the money -now- when I usually only accept payment after the piece is done, and B. I really -REALLY- appreciate it!

Here's how it'll have to work..

1. Note me TODAY if you are interested. Please include a description of what you would like done. (Please read the will and won't list below before noting.)

2. Once I note you back with the O.K., send the $40 to my paypal account. (It's just my normal gmail address - I'll note it to you if you don't have it.) THIS MUST BE PAID BY 4PM EST WEDNESDAY, MARCH 26TH!! (So I have time to transfer it to my bank account before bills are due..)

3. I give you my sincere thanks and we get to work on any additional details of your desired image. I like to work with a lot of details so be as descriptive and include as many reference images as you like!

4. I do the image for you! Note, I will probably have to start after March 31st as I have work I need to get done before then, but after that, I'll be sure to get it done within the next few weeks - as soon as I can. : )

5. When the image is done, I can make it into a print if you'd like. I can set it up to the base cost for when you purchase it and then either raise it to a normal print rate or take down the print afterwards - completely up to you. I just ask that I reserve the right to post the image in my portfolios - crediting you for the character ownership, of course.

What I will and won't do:
What I WILL do: Any original characters who do not fall under things in the "wont do" list you come up with, including fan oc's - providing they -are- completely original. (I.e, if you made a Star Wars character that's a jedi with wavy purple hair named Jedera, that's fine. Making Obi-wan's evil twin or 'some guy who happens to look just like Han Solo', would not be fine. ; ) )

Also, in your pose description, be as specific and active as you like! I really enjoy playing with poses, so please feel free to have some crazy fun poses for me to try out if you like! Don't feel limited to any sort of standard character design shot poses, ok? : )

What I WON'T do:
- I will NOT do pornographic imagery. I also prefer to not do even artistic nudity unless it really -is- artistic nudity and not soft-core porn.. You characters -can-, however, be somewhat scantily-clad and in somewhat of a hot pose - just not 'getting it on' with other characters - as it were. (Romantic kissing, etc. is fine - hopefully you get what I mean.)
- Ok, here are a couple "wont's" that I mean absolutely no offense by, but these are just not my thing:
1. No traditional witches/warlocks/Harry Potter-esque characters. Other types of magic users are fine. Lodoss War/Lord of the Rings Elves/Legend of Zelda-types are completely fine. (Yes, succubi are fine. - I know that's a weird line, just.. is how I feel.)
2. I prefer to not have to do romantic scenes of gay/lesbian couples. As I said before - absolutely no offense meant - I'd just prefer to not.
